Hi! My name is Madison. I am a mom (both cat and human) and a small business owner.

I have always had a passion for art and the creative world ever since I was a small child. I tried so many different mediums throughout my life and nothing ever seemed to stick. It was always a passing hobby. Even when I went to college and got to have some wonderful experiences and interactions, I never knew what I wanted.

It was not until I was sitting at home, bonding with my first child, that a YouTube video popped into my feed and changed my life forever. I never knew that you could make your own soap, and that it could be so amazing and creative! I was hooked and slowly began to collect all the materials and equipment. It would be about 8 months before I was finally brave enough to start the process. The chemicals scared me even though I had spent those months researching and watching others do the craft. I finally gathered the courage to do it. It may have been since I was on a deadline to make Christmas gifts for my family, but it happened either way. And that was that. I did it and I loved it and I don’t think I will ever be able to stop.

2020 was a big year for me, I bought a house, had a baby and decided that I wanted to start my own business. Many people will ask me if it was a COVID hobby that I picked up. Yes and no. Obviously I started during that time, but I would have done it anyway. Most of the time, I don't get to work on my craft until I get home from my full time job and the baby goes to sleep. My dream is to make this a full time job and enjoy life.
